BRONX, NY, April 5, 2012 – For the first time in history, Calvary Hospital was represented at the Annual Conference – “Crossing Borders for Palliative Care” – sponsored by The Israel Association of Palliative Care (IAPC) in Tel Aviv on February 29, 2012.
AL-Sadeel Society, in cooperation with the PCRF, arranged a play therapy day at the socity building. The activity was led by the Palestinian artist Samaher Romi, who arranged a professional theraputic activity for children with cancer and other diseases.

بعد عناء متواصل استمر على مدار الثلاث اعوام الفائتة، نجحت مؤسسة السديل للرعاية التلطيفية بمرضى السرطان من القيام باحد اهم انجازاتها حتى اللحظة، حيث تسلمت مبنى مقرها الجديد في قلب مدينة بيت لحم، على بعد عدة امتار من ساحة المهد و بجانب محطة الباصات المركزية التي تربط شمال الضفة الغربية بجنوبها.
After a full time effort for the last three years, AL-Sadeel Society for palliative care for cancer patients had succeeded to accomplish one of the corner points in its history so far, and received its new renovated building as its permanent center in the heart of Bethlehem city, few meters from the manger square and at the side of the central bus terminal that connects the north of the West Bank of Palestine with its south.
